News Highlights of Our Technology for Enhancing in Vivo Half-life of Peptides

Recently, our group developed a novel approach for enhancing the pharmacokinetic properties and in vivo half-life of peptides therapeutics (e.g. insulin). Our approach would potentially decrease dosing frequency and improve patient convenience and compliance which should increase the clinical success rate of therapeutic agents and decrease its production cost. This work was recently published in the prestigious journal Nature Chemical Biology. This paper garnered much attention (Highlighted by Nature Reviews Drug Discovery and Academic Pharmacy Now).
